MMLAB play THE THNGS

A play was created as collaboration between theatre artists and scientists. Creators have attended classes of quantum physics that become an inspiration for the performance.

The play puts historical events and characters in a quantum space. The intertwined analyses of time, drama, light and sound and the stories of the actors translocate the spectators to a surreal actuality where customary laws become utopian and quantum theories become a daily routine.

The performance is a research. The actors are quanta. The spectator is an observer who, merely by his / her presence, can change the direction, speed, choices, actions or habits of the one who is being observed.

The performance was well received in Lithuania as the post dramatic theatre experiment by young artists.
